Sweet, good-natured, down to earth and full of empathy. Cassie is the kind of person you could imagine would have a lot of friends, if she didn't find the idea of making them so exhausting. She likes people, enjoys being around them but she'd rather spend an afternoon in a retirement home than go to the mall with a gaggle of girls. She's always seemed to be out of step with her peers. Not interested in things like popularity, the latest trends or the endless stream of gossip. As a result, many her age will perceive her ambivalence as snobbery, or at best, consider her to be a little too strange for their tastes.

She is, however, the first to introduce herself to the new kid. To stop and ask if somebody is okay. These are the kind of things that keep her from being a complete outsider, even if they don't give her a lot of friends. Instead, she knows everything there is to know about the lunch lady and the school librarian. Plus her teachers at school have always had a soft spot for the girl who makes no trouble and is always the first to offer a helping hand when needed. They're all very aware of her family life and while they don't interfere. They do what they can here and there to make life easier for her.

Cassie lives with her Daddy, who has for many years run afoul of bookies and law enforcement. He's not a bad man, but he is a weak one who drinks too much, gambles too hard, and picks fights he can't finish. He's gone from home more often than he's there, but when he is around Cassie feels the need to look after him. Usually, that means making sure there's enough groceries for them to get by and ensuring that rent and utilities are paid.

Sexually speaking she's not completely innocent, but her experience has been limited to this point. She considers herself to be open to possibilities, it's just that they don't always present themselves. I'm flexible on her age, pairing possibilities, and kinks.
